Ashlee Betts serves as a Realtor with Halsey Thrasher Harpole Real Estate Group, where she currently has listed over 2 million dollars’ worth of Commercial Real Estate. She is also Owner of Ashlee Betts Demolition & Land Company, working directly with local NEA and NWA real estate and development professionals to cover large and small demolition, land and home construction needs.

Ashlee attended California State University Northridge, where she studied Communications and Language. It is here where she began working for her family company in Southern California, developing and managing apartment buildings. She has experience and knowledge in sales, marketing, business finance and construction.

Ashlee has spent most of her career in property management, development and investment. She has previously been a Manager for local NEA apartment companies, developed self-storage facilities, worked for & with local NEA investors, spent time in the remodeling and wholesale side of real estate, as well as purchasing and selling foreclosed and Government owned properties. Her current focus is development in multi-family units.

Ashlee holds a real estate license in Arkansas and is currently studying to receive her license in Texas. She also is studying to receive her CCIM.

Ashlee was a victim of the Westside Middle School shooting and has been serving as a Counselor and Government Volunteer for over 20 years, helping victims of School Violence in America and Europe. She also can be seen in schools for the ‘Junior Achievement‘ Government program, teaching children about the importance of rural and city development.

Ashlee’s interest in real estate developed from a unique passion for people and community. Ashlee enjoys using her experience to help others in her community find their perfect home or business location.
